Quite gourmet if I may say so, store brand pancake mix. Add water and you are done. Really they are some of the best pancakes I have ever eaten, big and fluffy. The rest of the family thinks so too. It has got Caeden off of his pb&j kick. It started Sunday night with pancakes for supper. What did we have for breakfast on Monday, pancakes. Snack on Monday afternoon, pancakes. What did we have for breakfast this morning? Pancakes again, and now the box is empty. Sniff, sniff.
