Importance of an RSVP

We were all set for Caeden's second birthday party, the just for fun one.

After 40 minutes of "Mommy when are my friends going to be here?" As tears were threatening to fall and darkness was falling fast, we went into the backyard for a party for two. And let me tell you this was some serious business.

Well, for the biggest one it was.

Laying the shingles.

Taking care of the window box.

Construction Cone Pinata.

Excavator Cake!

Oh NO, Jessica! I'm so, so sorry we couldn't be there. But at least we RSVP'd? ;) Caeden, we WISH we could have been there to help you celebrate. You had a fantastic cake! And look at the house you built. So cute. Jess, I really, really wish we could have been there!!!

I really wish we would have changed the date, but I thought two other families were coming...

So, if you're only 4% abnormal that makes me more abnormal than you!!! ;-)

Oh, cardboard houses are so much fun! I had one when I was little, had so much fun with it!
