- appearance of pull ups
- potty chair is moved back into the bathroom, and daddy isn't complaining
- highchair sitting idly in the corner
- mommy listening in on little boy conversations, one of which went something like this, "Happy, Caeden? Yeah. You?"
All this adds up to a boy who is about to have a birthday. He voted today to have a kitty cake, just a little tweak from the puppy cake that he had last year. What will Xuo Xuo say?

Is it that time already? Oh my. It seems like it was just yesterday I was holding him and sniveling because I was so overwhelmed with this arrival. Wow. Time flies!
They grow up so fast. And I used to think only old grandmas said that!
